WebI was doing legend runs in an average of 15mins (not including lightning round) so time yourself on normal but i suspect you can't do 2.5 normal runs in the time it takes to do 1 legend. Lastly lightning round happens way more often on legend. Often I had 4 or 5 lightning rounds in a row on legend and I never saw a single lightning round on normal.
