TīmeklisFNV has its issues but a clean install, latest version, all DLCs, no mods, no extenders, etc should crash no more than 1-2 times in 10+ hrs of gameplay. Start with that and then add the 4GB extender, NVSE, and any other basics and make sure you're still stable.
