WebMay 18, 2004 · DIP#3 - Acoustical Selection Switch: (SIREN/HORN): It is necessary to adjust the chirp's duration due to the difference in sound characteristic of the horn and siren. The switch is initially set at "horn" position for shorter "chirp". If your system uses a siren, set it to "siren" position for longer "chirp". Hope that helps.
